Terms & Conditions

We always make sure you are satisfied with the item prior to shipping.  Please remember these are handmade items, no two items will identically be the same and slight imperfections may occur.

Completion deadline (determined at time of invoicing) for custom items starts once the invoice is paid in full. Typical turn around time is 1-6 weeks. This means other paid orders may move your order further out if not paid promptly.

*By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on the M2 Design Shoppe Facebook page and all other social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared, or you would like it posted at a later date, please let me know. 

Shipping & Processing

We reserve the right to ship your package the most economical way.

Shipping time varies and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days

M2 Design Shoppe, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items due to incorrect shipping information.

Unfortunately, we cannot control how the order is handled on it's way to you.  All orders come with insurance and tracking number. This is required to file a claim for stolen or damaged packages.  Keep the cup and all the packaging. Once USPS accepts the claim, you may be asked to take the cup and packaging to your local post office to show them the damage.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotions can not be used on previously placed orders for refunds.

Discount and promotion codes must be used at the time of purchase.

Limit one code per purchase.

Clearance/Sale Items

Clearance item sales are sold as is and the sale is final.


All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted.

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of request. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss resolution within 7 days of receiving your order.  Due to the nature of being a custom order, each situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis for return/exchanges.
